Recently developed by IMA Life, MODULA is the converging element between aseptic filling and secondary packaging.
Conceived to assembly pre-filled glass syringes, it is capable of performing several operations: plunger rod insertion, labelling, backstop assembly and it ensures your syringes flow smoothly through the process, protecting your pharmaceutical products from any potential damage.
MODULA is available in four models to cover low-medium output requirements and provides a high level of automation. It can be easily integrated in complete syringe production lines, with upstream denester or inspection machine and with downstream equipment for secondary packaging up to end-of-line.

IMA Safe has developed a highly flexible solution for packaging a wide range of parenteral products and medical devices on paper trays inside cartons, creating 100% paper-based packaging. 
The paper tray feeding unit is designed to pick up the trays from the magazine and place them gently onto the conveyor belt. The group is extremely efficient and can reach high speeds. 
The area is completely accessible and requires minimum effort for cleaning and size changeover operations. 

C102V has been conceived for those customers who need small to medium production runs. Versatility is a key feature of this machine, it can be easily connected to any cartoning machine. 
IMA PG also offers different feeding solutions, single or double feeders can be installed in C102V for a wide range of products to be packed. 
Despite its simplicity, it’s an ideal tray forming machine with attractive speed flexible for the packaging of syringes, ampoules, vials, small cosmetic products, solid forms etc.

The machine has been designed to handle the widest range of products and materials used in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic and non-pharmaceutical industries. The 830mm high case magazine ensures easy loading of cases and provides the best ergonomic solution available on the market. 
The machine facilitates access for maintenance and for cleaning operations and guarantees complete and easy line clearance. The palletizing area is based around a 6-axis robot which picks up incoming cases. Associated functionality including ink-jet printing and labelling or check-weighing will be completed at high speed.
