At IMA, the variety of cultures, skills, generations and genders has always been an enabler of the innovation and growth for our people and our company. In line with IMA's code of ethics, we encourage the continuous promotion of initiatives aimed at disseminating a culture of inclusion.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DIVERSITY PROGRAM

Launched in 2022 as a pilot project in Italy, this program responds to the need to encourage our managers’ ability to recognise, manage and prevent any bias – in order to guarantee a culture of inclusion, integration and empowerment.

AUTENTICA LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Leadership development program intended for female workers in IMA holding executive positions. Based on the concept of cooperative learning, the project alternates team coaching and project work initiatives, for the purpose of offering participants awareness-boosting and operational tools for their managerial growth within the organisation.

DIGIDOC

Start-up born as part of an inclusion and job placement project, owned by IMA, which has been offering digitalisation services since 2015. The company mainly uses deaf and hearing impaired staff, who are supported by certified LIS (Italian Sign Language) interpreters.

CAPO D

IMA has joined Rete CapoD, a community of companies based in the Bologna area which, in close collaboration with local public institutions, focuses on the dissemination of good practices in the field of social responsibility through the sharing of initiatives, proposals and programs concerning equal opportunities and corporate welfare.
