IMA Safe Division, whose production plant is located in Italy’s Ozzano dell’Emilia, manufactures for IMA Safe Swiftpack, IMA North America (IMA Safe Nova), IMA Safe Comadis and IMA Safe PG. Tube filling machines by IMA are designed and manufactured according to highest technological standards, to provide reliability and high productivity in a range from 2000 to 15,000 tubes per hour.
They benefit from simplicity in changeover sequences, quick dismantling of contact parts and an intuitive operator interface.
Special execution for handling of oval tubes, cannulae, rigid applicators and dispensers can be provided; including the specific versions when handling flammable products.
Well-synchronised with downstream cartoning machines, they are available with different degrees of automation; a wide choice of additional devices, based on many years’ experience within the global tube filling industry, make IMA’s tube fillers suitable to meet all needs.
IMA counting offers a full product range of electronic and slat tablet counters compliant with GMP criteria and able to process up to 400 bottles per minute.
