OCEAN | A NEW WAVE IN ABSORBENT MATS PRODUCTION

The new OCEAN converting machine, developed by IMA TEKNOWEB, marks a step forward in absorbent mats production. Its cuttingedge
technology provides highly absorbing mats using a minimal amount of raw material, with no compromise on quality and speed.

OCEAN features an innovative process for core formation which avoids the use of rotating drums, building the core directly onto the carrier web and uses a linear formation belt with full laminar airflows. This results in controlled and thinner core all over the absorbing area.

OCEAN | A NEW WAVE IN ABSORBENT MATS PRODUCTION

D-NAMIC

D-NAMIC is a stacker & bagger for baby & adult diapers and underpads, packed in wicket bags.
It can pack at a very high speed, up to 1200 pads/min and 75 bags/min. D-NAMIC’s  modular concept allows for a wide range of options, leading to extensive variety of product configurations.

Indeed, the performance of D-NAMIC can be upgraded at any time with a dedicated kit. Dual lane configuration is also available for the highest performance with low counts. Quality gate sensors at the infeed and smart solutions allow continuous production and maximize the efficiency of the line, while size changeover operations are reduced to the minimum and made easy thanks to the great accessibility and design.

D-NAMIC is a future-proof packaging machine: it can process sustainable paper-based and fully recyclable polyethylene films.
