IMA wins, once again, the ‘’Top Employer Italia’’ international award, which certifies the Group’s maximum commitment in ensuring the welfare of its employees and collaborators with proactive policies, training programs and over 200 new hires.

For the second consecutive year, IMA has obtained the prestigious certification issued by the Top Employer Institute: the global authority on recognizing excellence in HR practices.

This certification is the result of a unique and rigorous evaluation process based on the corporate Human Resources procedures.

Through the Top Employers HR Best Practices Survey, the certification body analyses the working conditions within the companies, based on 10 main topics: Talents Strategy, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career and Succession Management, Compensation & Benefits, Culture.
Only after an independent auditor has verified the internal HR processes, the company can be officially certified and recognized as Top Employer.
