I AUTHORIZE

free of charge, also pursuant to Article 10 of the Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97, Law n. 633 of 1941, the company IMA Industria Macchine Automatiche S.p.A., with registered office in Ozzano dell’Emilia (BO), via Emilia 428-442 (hereinafter referred to as “IMA” or the “Company“), to publish my personal references (name, surname, job role/profession) (“Data“) and to use and/or publish in any form my personal images contained in the photographs and video shootings made during the corporate event I attended (“Images“).

By checking the aforementioned box, I therefore express my consent for the Company to archive and use my Data and Images for their publication – in digital and/or paper format – on advertising, audiovisual and multimedia material, video, social media, website of the Company or in other publications for internal or external use of the Company and in general for commercial, promotional and/or advertising purposes. I am aware that the Company guarantees that the Images will be used exclusively for the purposes identified above and that any use of them in contexts that compromise personal dignity and decorum is excluded.

You can also request a copy of the aforementioned information via email by writing to privacy@ima.it.

I declare to be aware that the economic exploitation rights related to the publication thereof are given free of charge and that, therefore, no economic compensations or royalties will be paid in relation to the acquisition and publication of the Images.

By the present, the undersigned exempts the Company, its employees, from any liability arising from any claims or requests made by the undersigned or by third parties, regarding the publication of the aforesaid Images.

It is specified since now that this authorization may be revoked at any time by written notice to be sent to the Company by email, at the address privacy@ima.it.
