by the present authorizes free of charge, also pursuant to Article 10 of the Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97, Law n. 633 of 1941, the company IMA Industria Macchine Automatiche SpA, with registered office in Ozzano dell'Emilia (BO), via Emilia 428-442 (hereinafter referred to as 'IMA' or the 'Company'), to publish my personal references (name, surname, job role/profession) ('Data') and to use and/or publish in any form my personal images contained in the photographs and video shootings made in May 15th and May 16th 2019 during the event Breaking Coffee News ('Images').
