IMA signed an agreement with Mr. Thomas Becker, to acquire the majority of IMA Dairy & Food Holding GmbH.

After three successful years of cooperation, IMA and Mr. Thomas Becker have the pleasure to announce a new deal deciding to further strengthen their relationship and exchanging company shares. IMA will become major shareholder, with 74,9%, of Ima Dairy & Food Holding GmbH, while Mr. Thomas Becker remains as a significant minority shareholder.

At the same time, Mr. Thomas Becker will join the management team of IMA, taking the responsibility of the whole “Dairy Business”, including IMA Fillshape division. This new setup will not only deepen the relationship between both parties, but also assure the consistency of IMA Dairy&Food GmbH strategic direction, which continues to focus on new product developments and innovation, driven by its customer demands.

The closing of the transaction has been completed today.
