The technological developments of recent years have radically changed the rules of production, giving rise to a Business To Business market that opens up to the reformulation of strategies, tools and approaches.
With the aim of simplify and speed up the whole order process IMA created MyIMA Spare Parts, the e-commerce platform to order spare parts and keep track of the orders placed. Through the portal the customer is able to immediately view the prices of components and stock availability, create offers and orders and monitor them.
BROWSE AND SELECT THE INTERESTED PART
browse the equipment, view prices and availability of spare parts and search for a specific material through its code. The interactive drawing allows the user to click on the various highlighted areas in order to deepen the specific tables.
CHECK PRICES AND CODES AVAILABILITY
See detailed information, as well as its availability and price. If the code of the spare part is known, it will be enough to make a search through the appropriate bar. The search will collect all the tables containing the material, with the possibility of directly viewing the interested spare part’s sheet.
Once the specific spare part has been selected, it is possible to move it to the cart, request an offer and view the summary. On the page dedicated to the cart, it is also possible to create an order and view its details. Finally, it is possible to create offers and orders starting from the spare parts lists.
The Smart Service Suite APP is the IMA application dedicated to machine management and maintenance operations. Within the Smart Service Suite APP the section dedicated to the spare parts catalog allows to browse and select (also offline) the single spare parts within interactive drawings and diagrams.
The selected spare parts can be exported via email within an excel*, in a practical and fast way, and forwarded via email for a subsequent processing of purchase orders.
