Fed from a servo-driven Multipack 2000 which handles 50 to 500 g sizes and ensures maximum accuracy for high-quality dosing and wrapping, the CARTOMAT 8400 is an automatic wraparound cartoner for butter, margarine and spreads in sticks and bricks. Working from flat blanks, this highly flexible machine processes up to 50 cartons/minute and handles anything between 2 and 12 portions. Configurations include single or double layers and format changes (for both brick and carton specifications) are dealt with rapidly and easily. CARTOMAT 8400 is well-suited to long size cartons. Displayed in line with the Multipack 2000, for medium outputs, CARTOMAT 8400 will also merge with other dosing and wrapping machines as an integrated solution.

The revolutionary Delta OF-360X is capable of running any packaging films, from paper-based films to complex laminates and recyclable mono-polymer films, with changeovers effected simply by pressing a button on the machine’s HMI. Electronically driven, high-performance wrap around case packer, the MMP400 enables user-friendly operation and optimum productivity.
