The FTO513, high-speed overwrapping machine for single or multiple products, can handle up to 300 ppm and features a number of effective technically advanced solutions to ensure tamper-evidence top quality package appearance. These include an inline tear-tape unit, a double reel holder and an automatic film splicing device.
Also available as a model which allows for airtight sealing, the FTO513 Fin Seal (FS) is an effective solution for products that are sensitive to humidity. FTO513 FS will provide excellent moisture resistance and help extend the products’ overall shelf life.
FT0513 Series are suitable to run with innovative materials like transparent heat-sealable compostable films or paper based recyclable films, heat-sealable and printable, to realize sustainable packs.

IMA Eurosicma’s high-performance flow wrapper is equipped with the integrated pressure-less High-Speed Feeding System HSF8. Thanks to the 8 servo-driven belts all the products are handled and timed with extreme care.
The line is complete of a system having 14 vacuum pickers able to pick up the flow packs coming from the flow wrapper, to group and transfer them to the secondary packaging section with the required orientation. 
The secondary packaging section by IMA Ciemme is a compact monoblock (MB) machine made up of 3 integrated units: forming, loading and closing.
After the boxes forming, a Delta robot picks and places simultaneously 20 flow packs in the boxes composing 5 layers of products per each boxes. A rotary turret sorted and placed 650 products per minute in the loading unit. As soon as the products configuration is finalized, the boxes are ready to be closed by a 4 heads Delta Robot, passing before through the hot melt system.

Implementing wraparound technology which enables the tray to be formed directly around the bundle with zero tolerance between product and tray, the FTB569 is part of a consolidated range of compact wraparound tray packers. Despite an ergonomically designed, high-capacity magazine, the FTB569 which processes flat blanks, even in cardboard and micro-corrugated materials, is suited to several product packaging types including cartons, sleeves, wallets, sticks and rigid containers, for markets such as Confectionery or Convenience Food. Gentle handling is another feature of the FTB569, which is designed for quick size changes, switching from one format to another with negligible part replacements, thereby enabling companies to respond to the various market requirements.
