INSTALLED BASE

Within the IMA Customer Service Portal, a complete and updated map of your own current installed base is available.

  • The standard view is by plant; multi-plant view available on request.
  • The user has immediate visibility of all services activated for each piece of equipment.


TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

This section enables access to the latest version of Technical Documentation, easily retrievable, anytime.​

No more lost or outdated documents: Technical Documentation in its latest version is always available for download, while old documents are overwritten to avoid any mistakes.*

*The Customer Service Portal is the standard Technical Documentation repository for all new machines. The upload of Technical Documentation for the machines already installed at the customer site is available upon request.

SIZE PARTS, UPGRADES & REVAMPING

Within the Customer Service Portal, we provide the chance to generate new change parts enquiries in a very easy and intuitive way.

Using dedicated forms, the user can indicate all the details about the product to be handled and, once a request is issued, he can monitor it through the appropriate section until it is completed.

In addition, we offer a wide range of updating – to enhance the equipment with new features – and revamping services, to replace obsolete parts, with additional possibilities of equipment checks and all auxiliary systems, but also concrete technical support during the revision phase.
