IMA Smart Service Suite App
The tablets provide access to the operating guidelines (which can be used offline) on the Smart Service Suite APP, IMA’s proprietary platform. The APP guides the operator step by step through all the operations to be carried out on the system.
Hololens
Through the Hololens 2 the operator, interacting physically with the machine, is guided by a series of augmented reality elements in the step-by-step execution of the operations to be carried out on the equipment.
The Hololens also provides access to technical documents, manuals, diagrams, to facilitate the work and the system’s interaction. They are also the perfect tools for receiving IMA Assistance remotely.

Precisely with this objective, the Operating Guidelines were born. These special contents guide the operator step by step in a simplified management of the systems.
