IMA ILAPAK has made an industry breakthrough, launching the world’s first variable geometry flow wrapper.
The revolutionary Delta OF-360X is capable of running any packaging films, from paper-based films to complex laminates and recyclable mono-polymer films, with changeovers effected simply by pressing a button on the machine’s HMI. At a time when the future direction of sustainable packaging is fluid and uncertain, this HFFS solution gives manufacturers and packers total flexibility to switch easily between different substrates – whether they already exist or have yet to be developed.  
As well as future-proofing factories to keep pace with packaging material changes, the Delta OF-360X insulates manufacturers against energy price rises. The machine is built on IMA ILAPAK’s new full-electric flow wrapping platform, which uses on average 37% less power than a conventional flow wrapper. IMA ILAPAK’s engineers have achieved these efficiency gains by replacing energy-intensive pneumatic applications with highly efficient linear actuators.

IMA Eurosicma’s EURO 88 EDG IN LINE is a complete packaging line designed to collect biscuits, coming flat in single lane, able to create products slugs with the requested number of biscuits and to pack them in flow pack style.
The line is composed by an in line timing unit, a rotative stacking system, a slug transfer unit and the flow wrapper EURO 88 Model.
Integrated servo-driven gusseting is available upon request.   

IMA Eurosicma’s EURO 88 EDG equipped with a new soft rotary transfer system is a high-performance flow wrapping solution for biscuits/products on edge, that can be supplied in manual, semi and fully automated configurations.
The flow wrapper for biscuits on edge Model EURO 88 EDG is equipped with an innovative 90° soft transfer system for slugs of products at high speed. Such leading-edge 90° transfer system is composed by a rotary wheel transfer unit equipped with double servo-motorization, able to grant a gentle picking of each slug from the flight-bar conveyor and a high-speed insertion into the wrapper chain.
Speed up to: 250 slugs/min.

IMA Record’s FLOWPOCKET is the loading system for automatic packaging lines able to group the products before loading them into the flowpack machine. Its flexibility and quick and easy change-over make it the perfect alternative to P&P systems driven by robots. 
The particularity of this feeder is the three different motors that control three independent pocket trains, allowing the product’s upstream from the automatic line to be synchronised with the speed of the flowpack machine’s infeed chain.
