IMA Orienteering Journey: A Journey into Technical Culture and Innovation.

We are excited to announce the launch of the IMA Orienteering Journey, a journey that will take us to many high schools to give young people a hands-on experience of the technical culture of our region, particularly in the field of packaging and industrial automation.

The meetings will take place both in schools and at IMA premises, with the presence of our HR and Brand Ambassadors. With the IMA Orienteering Journey, we want to inspire and guide young people in choosing their future professional path with curiosity and awareness.

A Journey, Four Stops

The IMA Orienteering Journey is developed in four stops, each dedicated to a key aspect of professional growth and orienteering to the world of work:

• First stop: Discovering IMA and the professional profiles of the future
  Students will have the opportunity to get to know IMA up close and the most in-demand professional profiles in the sector. Our Brand Ambassadors will share their experiences and illustrate what makes our company unique.
• Second stop: Training and growth with IMA
  We present our training paths such as Tech Camp and IMA Jump, designed to train future Technical Engineers and Field Software Specialists.
• Third stop: A journey into production
  An opportunity to visit our production plants, observe machines in action, and get to know the work of specialized operators and technicians.
• Fourth stop: Preparing for the world of work
  We offer practical advice to confidently face the world of work: from writing an effective resume to simulating a job interview.
