IMA: closing of the acquisition of 60% of Phoenix Italia S.r.l.

On July 13^th 2023, IMA completed the closing for the acquisition of 60% of Phoenix Italia S.r.l. and 100% of its subsidiary Phoenix Tech S.r.l., both companies based in Bareggio (Milano), from its sole shareholder Phoenix Group Holding S.r.l..

Founded in 1994 and with 37 employees led by Mr. Paolo Albertoni and Mr. Paolo Lupoli, Phoenix Italia develops, manufactures and sells labelling solutions for distributors, system integrators and original equipment manufacturers.

In particular, Phoenix Italia is specialized in the production of print & apply label applicators and modular labelers for self-adhesive labels for secondary and end-of-line packaging, covering almost any print & apply and label application request.

Phoenix Italia’s solution are characterized by modularity, interchangeability and versatility and are designed to ensure easy integration within the end-users’ production lines and help end-users in maximizing productivity and efficiency.

Its broad product offering covers various industries, with a focus on logistics: pharma & cosmetics, food & beverage, paper, mailing & graphic, chemical, mechanical, electronic, furniture & white goods.
