[content] => Designed for maximum flexibility, the E‑CO FLEX XL FORMING is the next‑generation case erector for operations that need to handle a wide variety of box formats with no compromise on speed or precision. It supports multi-size FEFCO 201 and 200 cases, processing both single- and double-wall cardboard with ease.
Powered by smart automation, the machine picks, erects and forms right‑sized boxes based on real‑time cubic data received from your WMS—ensuring perfectly fitted packaging, reduced material waste, and a more sustainable workflow.
With a configurable magazine of 8 to 16 cassettes, the system adapts to evolving production needs. For oversized formats, up to three external vertical magazines can be integrated, each accommodating up to 170 XL boxes.
Every cassette configuration can be fully customized, enabling a seamless match between your box range and your production strategy.
