IMA E-COMMERCE will showcase the E-CO FLEX CLOSING, the standalone closing solution within the E-CO FLEX portfolio, integrated with IPG water-activated tape technologies. This machine is equipped with an automatic down-sizing function that adjusts the box height by cutting the box corners when additional void space is detected, enabling optimal box dimensions and reducing shipping volume.
Once resized, the box flaps are folded and sealed with sustainable water-activated tape. The module can automatically detect SIOC cases and bypass them without taping. The E-CO FLEX CLOSING module is capable of processing a wide range of FEFCO 201 boxes and can be optionally equipped with a Print & Apply labeller and quality inspection cameras to verify correct flap folding and tape application
