This groundbreaking stacker and wrapper innovates the personal care packaging for Feminine Care products by replacing the traditional low-density polyethylene (poly) bags with a more efficient and sustainable wrapping method, leveraging the product itself as a template for wrapping, rather than relying on a conventional bagger.
This not only changes the paradigm but also offers significant benefits in terms of speed, cost, and sustainability.
MAIN ADVANTAGES:
- SPEED: W-PACK reaches the impressive speed of up to 200 cycles per minute
- COST-EFFICIENCY: Our machine enables significant material savings by reducing the thickness of packaging material from 35-40 microns down to 25-30 microns.
- SUSTAINABILITY: W-PACK supports paper wrapping, a growing preference in the market as it is more eco-friendly.
