Where integration accounts for a variety of requirements, there is always an answer delivering top performance.
Comprising different assembly and packaging stages, the solutions provided are set to work as a turnkey line in which variables are considered and parameters defined to suit the overall objective. The X-PEN standard assembly solution, for example, can be configured for speeds of up to 160 ppm, with integrated labelling for a compact, space-efficient footprint. For custom-built assembly solutions, the ASSEMBLA line ensures smooth process integration, handling outputs of up to 200 ppm. When higher speeds are needed, the ASSEMBLA line can accommodate outputs of up to 400 ppm. Its lean design prioritises efficient material handling, minimal maintenance, and low energy consumption, making it an ideal choice for modern manufacturing needs. Cartoning solutions are selected according to line speeds with continuous or intermittent motion and subsequent carton labelling on our labeller for tamper-evident and bollino labels. Case-packing machines end the line together with integrated or stand-alone palletizing systems.

ASSEMBLA CUSTOM SOLUTIONS up to 200ppm
The ASSEMBLA for custom solutions offers fully automatic production for injection and autoinjector pens (up to 200 PPM). It features flexible multi-cell lines, robot integration, and servo or pneumatic workstations. Fully compatible with IMA Automation platforms, CFR Part 11 compliant, and optional labelling.
X-PEN, STANDARD PEN ASSEMBLY
The X-PEN uses a modular platform with a Linear Magnetic Transport System (LMTS) for flexible, high-speed assembly (5-160 PPM). Features include multi-variant manufacturing, cartridge/PFS vision inspection, force-distance controlled assembly, priming, labelling, and SENTINEL compliance.

The maximum versatility, in terms of products to be packed and carton dimension sizes, is a key feature of this Series. Moreover, with its compact footprint and balcony design, X offers to you also a huge flexibility in the organizing of lines. The compactness of the machine is also demonstrated with the integrated T&T solution inside the frame, keeping the same standard length.
X is also very intuitive: no special training are needed for the operators. It has very low maintenance costs, central issue in the current marketing strategies of pharmaceutical companies, and a fast changeover thanks to a number of size parts reduced to the minimum.

[overview] => Ideal for packaging products such as pharmaceutical items, the machine is suitable for different production needs. Equipped with a horizontal case magazine for easy loading, the machine keeps the case erect during product insertion with the aid of suction cups fitted to the pick-up and forced opening arms. All the parts of the machine can be reached from the operator’s side without having to walk to the opposite side to reach the carton stacking unit. The machine can be fitted with the following optional groups and features: case overturning, product tracking and camera detection devices, integrated labellers and markers, and can also be fully servo-driven.
The CP Series is available in 2 different versions:

- CP28: able to absorb high incoming speeds thanks to the pre-stacking unit
