Its heterogeneity allows IMA Safe to offer extremely flexible solutions suitable for every need: it designs and manufactures complete lines for primary and secondary packaging for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic industries.

Tube filling machines by IMA are designed and manufactured according to highest technological standards, to guarantee reliability and high productivity in a range from 2,000 to 15,000 tubes per hour.

Marked by enhanced flexibility, the wide range of IMA tube filling machines is more than ready to meet all needs of most qualified cosmetic and toiletries industries. Capable to fill all sorts of products such as creams, gels, ointments, toothpaste in any type of collapsible tubes (polythene, laminate, polyfoil and aluminium ones), IMA models have widely proved to offer a profitable mix of flexibility, sturdiness and ease of use. Special versions are also available for lipgloss and mascara filling in rigid plastic containers. A variety of tube closing systems and finishing shapes are available for various applications.
