The technology behind the C24-T derives directly from the sophisticated C24-E version, providing a highly efficient, cost-effective solution exclusively for knotted naked tea bags and free-flowing products.
Easily integrated into existing lines where end-of-line packaging is taken care of separately, the C24-T reaches speeds of up to 400 bags/minute and works in conjunction with a simplified automatic cartoning attachment for pre-erected cartons. Carton closing can be processed according to needs and availability.
Mechanical single bag rejection and conformity control via a video camera to check correct knotting ensure constant product quality without unwanted interruptions to the packaging process. The equipment can be set up to accept an external weight control and adjustment device if required.
An on-board PC constantly monitors the process and keeps production efficiency at unrivalled levels for what is a cost-effective, high-speed machine.
