C1290 series occupies a really central place in IMA Safe Comadis range.
It has come to the market with a very clear mission: “to hold the line” and to confirm its supremacy in the diverse worldwide scenario of medium speed single-nozzle tube filling machines.

Coming from a solid experience on field (gained by the appreciated predecessor C1090 series) and sold worldwide in many different applications, year by year it has been improved in a considerable number of details, making it perhaps the most balanced tubefiller available on the market.

It boasts an advanced dosing pump design

The dosing pump of C1290 is a real benchmark in tubefilling technology wordlwide. Compact and easy to handle, the «heart» of this series is highly appreciated in any application fields, ranging from pharma to cosmetics, from foodstuff to chemical.

Suitable to be disassembled without using any tools, it is also marked by foolproof design, granting a safe reassembling procedure, even by inexperienced operators.
It is provided with special sliding rings inside (instead of ball bearings) to avoid any potential risks of cross-contamination: one step ahead in terms of cleanability. C1290 is also available with fully servo-driven pump, making available – by HMI – a convenient setup of all dosing parameters, in relation to products to be dosed and filling volumes.
