Sanitary stainless steel precision gear pumps (steripumps) meter product through positive shutoff nozzles into a variety of containers with great accuracy and reliability. Perfectly suited for nearly all free-flowing viscosities, the Filltronic can be configured with 2 to 12 pumps to reach speeds up to 140 bottles per minute, with accuracies up to +/- 0.5%. This versatile filler handles fill volumes from a 1/2 ounce to gallons without change parts. It is faster than a piston filler as there no back and forth stroke to wait for and gear pumps are always immediately ready to fill again after completing a fill.
