The APVF – Automatic Portion Volumetric Feeder – is a vertical electronic slug feeder for dry, sandwich biscuits, crackers and other bakery products, suitable for semi and fully automated configurations. The modular conception of this machine allows many kinds of applications, depending on the output to achieve and the number of lanes coming from the processing line. For each cycle, a number of doses equal to the number of incoming channels of the loader is gently deposited on the flight-bar conveyor of the wrapping machine. Thanks to the three independent brushless motors, this feeder is very flexible and it can perform up to a speed of 25 cycles per minute, ensuring a gentle and efficient handling of round, square and rectangular shaped products.
