A wide variety of applications

There are a wide variety of applications for the Peregrine including single component unscrambling, multi-flavour combining, multi component assembly into onward packaging solutions or even single component delivery or insertion to downstream processes. Downstream equipment can be a wrapper, cartoner, case packer or even a robotic handling system to further automate the packaging process.

The Peregrine is manufactured with cleanliness, ease of use and safety in mind. The Stainless-steel machine housing ensures long term durability and a sanitary environment for food applications and is based on a commercially available controls platform. The rollers are customized to the application and speed required with a variety of footprints handling up to 250ppm per station with through conveyor capability meaning multiple Peregrine units can fit on the same line.

The bulk products are delivered by an integrated elevating conveyor to the product handling feed rollers that systematically ready the product to a pitched delivery point that could be a conveyor, machine infeed, or other handling device customized to your application.
