Cold, warm or hot dosing and wrapping of yeast

Thanks to a double-headed volumetric rotating filler and gasket-free dosing unit with servo-controlled augers as opposed to the traditional suck-in piston-rotary valve system, the FDZL yeast packaging solution handles 240 ppm.

Together with the standard cold or warm dosing configurations, an optional feature for hot portion sealing is available, although not with airtight completion.

Sustainability

The motorization is handled with the aim to avoid power waste. Kinetic energy generated during braking is shared and absorbed by other modules. It allows the use of sustainable and recyclable packaging materials.
