C-1 MAKER

C-1 Maker is a fully automated machine for producing pre-rolled cones for the hemp and cannabis markets. Rolling paper is unwound from a reel, while flat, pre-cut filters are picked from a hopper. The filters are M-folded, inserted into a wheel, and prepared for rolling.

The paper is cut into a trapezoidal shape and transferred to a cone-shaped pin where glue is applied and rolling occurs. The rolled filter is then inserted, completing the cone. A vision system checks each cone before transferring it to the stacking area, where patented cardboard supports hold the cones. A paper straw is inserted on top to protect product quality during shipment.

C-1 Maker can integrate downstream packaging machines thanks to the countless solutions available within the IMA Group, in order to provide tailor made outer boxes for any need, from B2C (3-20 pcs) to B2B (50-200 pcs) packaging.
