IMA Active is pleased to attend the Pharma Forum 2026, hosted in the Ecolab R&D and customer experience center in Monheim am Rhein (Germany), on March 11, 2026.

Cleaning procedures have become more and more important in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry, especially in cGMP-compliant manufacturing facilities. This event will bring together cleaning validation experts, production engineering experts, formulation and process development specialists from Pharma companies to discuss key topics such as validation and implementation of cleaning concept for OSD, limit setting of detergents, optimizing of cleaning process and sustainability.

Through dedicated presentations, participants will gain valuable insights and share expertise in these critical areas.

Pietro Pirera, Product Manager at IMA Active, will give the presentation “How to improve CIP water consumption performance through operational efficiency, process design and advanced automation”.

IMA Active designs and manufactures machines with a strong ocus on cleanbility at product changeover to ensure perfect and repeatable cleanability and allow validation of the cleaning process with the aim of reducing water and detergent consumption and, at the same time, ensuring optimum washing performace. This presentation highlights the importance of design characteristics for an efficient washing process.
