Tailored solutions for tomorrow’s needs
IMA Life loading systems, with their compact footprint, are extremely flexible to meet the most demanding integration and interface requirements with freeze dryers, upstream and downstream machines.
The freeze dryer is loaded or unloaded one shelf, one row or several rows at a time with vials at a constant level. All systems are frameless and are fixed (CLU, MINILOADER, DA VINCI and SEMI-AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS), flexible or mixed (combination of fixed and flexible solutions). The fixed vial loading/unloading systems consist of a conveyor integrated with the outfeed of the filling line, which transports vials to a loading/unloading station installed opposite the freeze dryer.
IMA Life is one of the few suppliers in the world that designs, manufactures and tests a full range of proven systems for the fully automatic loading and unloading of vials into industrial freeze dryers.
