The FP 40 is a versatile modular vertical thermoform, fill & seal machine designed for efficient unit-dose container production. It supports continuous band formation using Sarong technology, accommodating unit-dose packs, custom shapes, peelable and squeezable opening systems, as well as packs with inserts, caps, or sticks.
The FP 40 minimizes material waste, especially for standard packs, and optimizes usage even for special shapes through precise geometrical alignment. It combines traditional mechatronics with GMP compliance, featuring separate processing and mechanical areas, stainless steel components for easy cleaning, and straightforward maintenance.
Operating on dual parallel lanes, the FP 40 is ideal for high production in both food and pharmaceutical packaging environments. It supports laminar flow for maximum sanitation. Additionally, the FP 40 offers quick tooling changeovers, allowing hot mold swaps and efficient cleaning, reducing downtime significantly.
