ATLANTIS is designed to wash and dry, in a completely automatic mode, containers, IBCs and other components used within the pharmaceutical industry. Designed for through-the-wall installation, ATLANTIS can be supplied in the high-efficiency configuration, increasing machine throughput up to 3 IBCs/hour.

ATLANTIS water recirculation system allows consumption saving and reduces the disposal of dirty water at the end of the washing cycle, while granting optimal equipment performance.
The AHU allows energy efficiency thanks to the recovery of treated air which is used to cool/heat the incoming air thus maintaining optimal system performance.

ATLANTIS Highlights

Designed for through-the-wall installation with a second door for “pass through” installation as an option.

Installation flush to the floor or alternatively raised above the floor on feet.

Vertical ramps of nozzles for high efficiency washing of the external part of IBCs and a spray nozzle with and electric motorized rotating head for internal washing.

Machine can be fitted with automatic loading and unloading systems.
With suitable racks, ATLANTIS can be used for the washing of pallets, drums, components and machine parts. A telescopic utility plate, connected to the rack, conveys water and compressed air to dedicated nozzles.
