ADAPTA 100 capsule filler can reach a speed of 100,000 capsules/hour. Beside excellent accessibility, the machine allows to dose up to 5 products into the same capsule thank to its exceptional design flexibility unrivalled on the market, with more than two hundred possible dosing combinations. Fitted with the 100% direct fill weight control, ADAPTA ensures maximum dosing precision and reliability even at filling products combination or for powder microdosing.
ADAPTA 200
ADAPTA 200 capsule filler can reach a speed of 200,000 capsules/hour. Beside excellent accessibility, the machine allows to dose up to 3 products into the same capsule thank to its exceptional design flexibility. ADAPTA proven product dosing systems have demonstrated a superior accuracy, even with a minimum quantity of drug or difficult to handle product. Regardless of production speed, it can be fitted with fully integrated 100% control of net weight for filled capsules, with individual identification of each channel separately.
