Session Description/Learning Objective: Through this presentation, the author(s) will aim to demonstrate the applications of data and predictive analytics using production data collected from various fill/finish environments. These case studies will focus on process analytics, where specific models and software tools have been developed for aseptic equipment. The goal would be to summarize a methodology to move towards a predict-and-schedule model for monitoring the health of process & equipment.
Some challenges encountered in addressing data security and an infrastructure suitable for aseptic pharmaceutical environments will be discussed.
