The subject of this first webinar in a 3-part series is the latest vial and bottle labelling machine: Sensitive Roto 400. A machine which sits between the linear and high-speed rotary versions ensuring flexibility to process almost all types of bottles and vials, even cylindrical containers with unusual shapes. We will look into key features of the machine such as brushless technology, positive transport, and discover how indexing leads to maximum labelling accuracy and superior production efficiency. A quick focus on changeover procedures and the user-friendly HMI is also provided during the webinar.

Clearly there comes a time when production needs to up its speed and guarantee higher performance and increased productivity. This webinar, last of the series on IMA Life’s bottle and vial labelling machine Sensitive Roto 400, illustrates the opportunities to reach 800 pcs/minute. We look at how doubling printing capacity is handled, at how non-stop production is achieved using alternation of labelling heads, accomplished automatically by the machine and allowing the operator to replace the label reel without stopping production. Lastly, a look at how faultily printed labels are rejected prior to application, minimising rejected containers.
