Space-saving design for diverse tray packing needs

Wraparound display packaging machine from flat blanks, IMA FTB WA Series is a range of fully automatic, wrap-around tray packers, for a wide range of products (cartons, sleeves, rigid containers, sanitizing /detergent tablets, etc.) highly appreciated across several market sectors for its key features.

Wraparound technology enables the tray to be formed directly around the bundle with zero tolerance between product and tray. This means a reduction in material consumption, while achieving significant annual savings in logistic and shipping costs. Last but not least, the quality: a tray that fits perfectly around the product looks better on the shelf and facilitates its wrapping, when needed.

Sustainability


Shared bus with power exchange for consumption optimization. The motorization is handled with the aim to avoid power waste. Kinetic energy generated during braking is shared and absorbed by other modules of the machine, reducing the overall power consumption.	It allows the use of sustainable packaging materials for an eco-friendly package.
