The SAMA model is an automatic electronic machine for the production of sandwich biscuits or crackers. The cream is dosed by means of an integrated servo-driven wire cut technology.

Depending on the production volumes to satisfy, there are: SAMA 2 (two lanes) with actual production capacity of about 1.400/1.500 sandwich biscuits per minute and SAMA 4 (four lanes) that can reach a production rate up to approximately 2.800/3.000 sandwich biscuits per minute.

A various range of system for products’ collection from the end of the sandwiching machine is available: rows multipliers, rotary and penny stackers, exit conveyor belts and portion feeders.
