Tight packs and high performance in X-Fold wrapping.
The fully electronic X-Fold wrapper Model EUROFOLD is designed to wrap biscuits and crackers on edge.
For semi and fully automated configurations can be connected to the APVF- Automatic Portion Volumetric Feeder. The volumetric slug feeder creates the correct portions of biscuits according to the set parameters and gently downloads them into the wrapper conveyor.
The EUROFOLD wrapping machine is equipped with an innovative rotary sealing head to infeed the products and outfeed the packages at the same time.
The wrapper can be set to pack the products both in fin seal without carton and overlap with carton configurations, and can be also equipped with a tear-tape system to grant an easy opening of the packs.
