Offering wide scale flexibility in terms of size, shape and multi-layer presentations, the COMBISEPTIC filling and sealing machine handles liquid-to-pasty products with or without particulates.

Maximum filling volume reaches 500 ml and output ranges between 9,000 and 16,200 cups/h. Additional flexibility is possible with simultaneous filling of 2 different formats. Depending on the market and product requirements, the following hygiene levels are available: ‘Clean’ and ‘Ultra-clean’.

The fill & seal machine COMBISEPTIC is able to fill liquid to pasty products such as plain or fruited yoghurt, quark, crème fraîche, mousse, custard, dips, processed cheese etc. – with and without particulates – in single and multi-layers. The servo-driven fillers result in very high filling accuracies.
