The C800 is a high-performance FFS machine ensuring optimum hygienic standards, intelligent technological solutions and high cycle speeds to optimise production costs. Able to handle a huge variety of cup shapes, C800 also ensures high filling accuracy.

Equipped for an endless range of cup designs as well as dual cavity cups in all packaging material types, the C800 ensures top-level productivity, optimised working width in line with the requested production capacity and an excellent cost per cup value.

Able to fit different dosing systems, the C800 processes all kinds of liquid to pasty food products such as single and multi-layer desserts and other special product presentations, as well as baby foods and much more.

Nominal output ranges from 36.000 to 86.400 cups/h according to cup type and size. Available in clean, ultra-clean and aseptic execution.

With the Form, fill and seal machine C800 you can fill all kinds of liquid-to-pasty products, with or without particulates such as yoghurt, single and multi-layer desserts and other special product presentations, baby food, etc.

Filling Solutions

With its' long term experience in filling liquid to pasty products into different kind of cups - in in thermoformed as well as in pre-formed cups - Hassia offers a large variety of different filling possibilities. The fillers are known for their outstanding filling accuracy, a factor which inevitably leads to minimal product loss and enhanced productivity. Covering a wide range of filling styles, countless customized and tailor-made design possibilities are available to satisfy specific requests.
