In a freeze-drying process, each component such as compressors or vacuum pumps has a direct impact on a drug product’s critical quality attributes (CQAs). Process parameters such as shelf temperature and chamber pressure have a similar relationship to product quality. The design and operation of the SENTINEL-LYO Data Analytics platform is based on such regulatory guidance.
