D-NEST
Denesting machine for RTU syringes and vials

D-NEST is the ideal solution when syringe/vial denesting is required before in-line downstream processing. Safe movements and controlled syringe/vial position during the process are just some of the features of this machine.

D-NEST is the ideal solution when syringe/vial denesting is required before in-line downstream processing. Safe movements and controlled syringe/vial position during the process are just some of the features of this machine.

Denesting for the next generation.

D-NEST is a compact, automatic machine for the removal of filled and plugged/stoppered RTU syringes/vials from the NEST to transfer them in single track to downstream equipment such as visual inspection units, syringe assembly, labelling machines, vial capping or automatic vial loading for lyo products.

Designed to provide high efficiency and covering low-medium speed requirements, D-NEST is a space-efficient solution with a high degree of automation.

D-NEST Highlights

1.
Ergonomic design for highly efficient operations.
2.
Contact parts made in stainless steel or FDA-approved inert plastic materials.
3.
Easy dismantling of moving parts for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
4.
Motors and mechanical/electrical drivers housed in the main frame.
5.
User-friendly HMI with Siemens touch screen.
6.
Upstream connection with syringe/vial processing.
In the case of lyo products, the pre-stoppered RTU vials are denested and moved to an automatic downstream vial loading/unloading system and relevant freeze dryer. Capping operations will be performed subsequently on a separate capping station.
