WATER TREATMENT AND LOTION PREPARATION SOLUTIONS
The water treatment system consists of sterilizers which provide pure water, bacteriologically suitable to be the base of high quality lotion suitable for wetting wet wipes. Then follows the lotion preparation system, which consists of a series of pumps, piping and mixing tanks, variable according to the number of served machines and required wet wipes volume production.
It all begins with water and lotion.

These precise lid application systems operate on the individual packets of wipes as stand-alone solutions in the packaging machines, adapting the lid application to the position of the package/film in order to obtain uniform positioning of the lids on the packages.
