Disposable nonwoven items for personal care (including beauty masks), healthcare (bathing gloves), and household use (wet floor mops, dust and color catchers, and disinfectant wipes for surface cleaning) have become increasingly popular among consumers. Their versatility and convenience have gradually led users to incorporate them into their personal care routines and household chores.
To meet the demands of this dynamic yet niche market, IMA Teknoweb has developed the MARK II platform, capable of manufacturing all these products.
The MARK II includes a range of fully automated converting machines designed to produce high quality cosmetic masks, wet mitts and gloves, and floor mops.

MARK II SPA
MARK II SPA version is dedicated to cosmetic face masks.
The finished product can be fully customised according to manufacturers’ requests, in terms of shape, number of layers, folding and printed graphics. The machine can process fabric down to 30 gsm, avoding the use of multiple layers masks.
MARK II GLOVE
MARK II Glove manufactures mono – or bi-facial mitts and gloves with different nonwoven textures (including abrasive ones) with the choice to add an internal waterproof layer to protect users’ hands. The insertion of an elastic wrist to firmly secure the glove to the user is also possible, as well as customised embossing pattern.
MARK II FLOOR
MARK II Floor is a fully automatic converting machine for disposable floor mops, configurable both with flow packs packaging or plastic trays with sealed film on top and cap.
The machine combines an high absorbency core contained within two layers of nonwoven, welded and folded over: result is an extremely effective mop, using the minimum amount of material. Layers are solidly bonded together through ultrasonic welding avoiding the use of glue, which would make the product extremely strong.
MARK II Floor can be equipped with the application of scratching stripe on the side to improve effectiveness of mopping operation.
