D-NAMIC is a stacker & bagger for baby & adult diapers and sanitary pads, packed in wicket bags.
Its high-speed (up to 1200 pads/min and 75 bags/min) and the range of dimensions are a complete response to the demands in the absorbency packaging market. The packaging process is carried out by D-NAMIC ensuring optimal quality products.
The modular concept and a wide range of options allows extensive variety of product configurations.
The performance of D-NAMIC can be upgraded at any time with a dedicated kit. Dual lane configuration is also available for the highest performance with low counts. Quality gate sensors at the infeed and smart solutions allow continuous production and maximize the efficiency of the line, while size changeover operations are reduced to the minimum and made easy thanks to the great accessibility and design.
D-NAMIC is a future-proof packaging machine: it can process sustainable paper-based and fully recyclable polyethylene films.
...To D-BUND, bundling machine
D-BUND completes the primary packaging line; this high-speed bundling machine is completely automatic and includes all features to transfer, collate and overwrap diaper bags in neat, tight, completely sealed bundles for transport and distribution.
D-BUND is able to cover a great range of formats thanks to its flexibility and accommodates a huge number of bundle configurations with high performance and bundle tightness, in different dimensions enough to cover all current and future requests that come from the worldwide market.
This bundler can be equipped with an innovative robot system designed to pick up packs, either individually or in small groups (depending on their sizes), and then place the products on the bundler infeed correctly oriented, as required by the bundle configuration.

OCEAN converter is provided at speed up to 400 pieces/min and showcases a new patent pending forming process which provides very low basis weight core. This technology paired to capability to handle the thinnest materials available from the market allows to build less expensive absorbent mats without any compromise on quality and production speed, setting new market standards.
Absorbent mats can be used for bed underpad, baby changing pad, pet pad and other typical use. It comes with 5 layer structure for perfect appearance and optimal protection against backsheet pin holes. In an advanced configuration mat is equipped with lateral barriers to prevent any front/side leakage.
OCEAN is natively paired to IMA TMC D-NAMIC stacker and bagger which enhance advantages and, due to the same look and feel, bring complete line user experience to the next level.
