Teknoweb Converting at EDANA Outlook 2021

It is with great pleasure that IMA Tissue&Nonwoven announces that Mr. Guido Conio, Sales Director of Teknoweb Converting, will be attending EDANA Outlook 2021 conference with the speech “Peculiarities and key features of ATEX (explosion proof) equipment to manufacture IPA wipes”.

EDANA is the leading global association and voice of the nonwovens related industries since 1971, providing information and data about these with a global reach, focusing on Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, disinfecting wipes containing alcohol had a surge in demand; the alcohol usually handled for disinfecting is IPA (Isopropyl alcohol), but it is highly flammable and requires a specific equipment.

Mr Guido Conio will list all features and requirements an ATEX (explosion proof) converter for IPA wipes must have, and will highlight the main differences with standard machines.
