Papelera Reyes Perù and IMA TMC together for three top-technology lines in Latin America.

Papelera Reyes was founded in 2005, taking over the company that had been operating since 1966 with “Paracas” brand, recognized throughout Peru. Thanks to a great knowledge of the Peruvian market, it was easy for Papelera Reyes to grow to the point of crossing borders and opening to the international market.

For Papelera Reyes, obsolete machines mean low production volumes and high costs, so since the beginning, important investments have been made to renew and increase machine installed base, both in paper mill and converting areas, with particular focus to packaging.

IMA TMC can proudly claim to be part of this important growth, thanks to the supply of several primary and secondary packaging lines for tissue products.

In addition to the lines already supplied in 10 years of collaboration, IMA TMC has recently supplied Papelera Reyes with 3 further packaging lines: the new wrapper WRAP250 and the bundler CINQUE are the key choices.

WRAP250 is the top of the range wrapper from IMA TMC, capable of processing up to 250 packs per minute, exceeding the average speed of the wrappers currently on the market by up to 25%. Flexible and fully automatic, WRAP250 is able to process tissue toilet and kitchen paper rolls in any configuration, from single pack to the largest multi-roll. WRAP250 advanced technology can run sustainable materials and paper, guaranteeing top performance.

The packaging line is completed CINQUE bundler, latest IMA TMC solution. This in-line bundler can process in a compact footprint any type of bundles, from one to three layers, both with Consumer and Away From Home products.
