News from TMC’s American branches: TMC North America joined VTP in Kaukauna (WI) by sharing the same facility, now doubled in floor space.

A very important announcement from TMC – Tissue Machinery Company: its American branch, TMC North America joined VTP – Valley Tissue Packaging under the same roof.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, VTP has grown into one of the market leaders for AFH packaging solutions for tissue converters in North America. Originally based in Appleton, WI, TMC North America is a TMC company providing service, training, spare parts and support for TMC packaging machines in North America.

The new VTP facility has been expanded and has doubled its original size, adding 45,000 square ft. to the existing plant, creating a combined space of 90,000 square ft. The new building has a huge assembly area for in-house manufacturing of the machines, a dedicated warehouse for after sales activities along with shipping and receiving on the production floor. In addition, the new building is equipped with over 11,000 square ft of office space on two levels.

The joint operation will have one vision and strategic management team, both Italian and American design and manufacturing technologies, using common knowledge to lead the businesses. In total 29 VTP employees and 17 TMC N.A. employees will be working together side by side sharing administration, sales, after sales, service, warehouse, and logistic duties. After-Sales and Service will support both TMC and VTP equipment in North America creating a powerful synergy that will reinforce the group’s presence in the North American Market.

The synergies between the American branches will provide complete solutions of American and Italian technologies for AFH and consumer markets made in USA. The expanded company will provide everything under one roof from the technical design to production of parts, assembling of equipment and internal check outs of:

• Wrappers both single and multiroll
• Casepackers
• Bundlers
• Logbanders
• Conveyors & Product handling devices
• Diverters
• Core reformers/pluggers
