Running at speeds of up to 80 boxes/min on the standard version, managing 500 capsules/min at infeed, the machine is designed to accommodate many different capsule configurations.

Pre-nested capsules handled by robotic units forming nest-like grouping are packed into minimally-sized boxes in order to significantly cut back on material consumption and void fill techniques. Equipped with a capsule and box presence detection system, together with the detection ability of the suction cup pick and place system, the FTB577-C also minimises capsule and box rejection.
