Two days full of talks dedicated to the world of coffee capsules, which will touch on the keywords of sustainability and recycling, innovation and quality management, market analysis, science, and the specific technologies required for a coffee capsule plant.

The speech will be dedicated to an in-depth investigation of the most relevant phases in the production of capsules, thus illustrating the combined solutions offered by the IMA Coffee Petroncini and IMA Coffee Packaging brands with a particular focus on roasting, grinding and degassing, as well as the critical aspects of capsule filling and related cartoning. New modular packaging machines and the advanced degassing system

The novelties to be presented on the virtual stage will include the new modular capsule machines by IMA Coffee Packaging and the new degassing system proposed by IMA Coffee Petroncini, which guarantees preservation of coffee aroma and at the same time boasts a substantial saving of energy and inert gases used in the system.
